The two-day event marked the official start of the new financial year and emphasised the company's commitment to collaboration, strategic clarity and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a specialised engineering company, M&amp;P Water stands for expertise in water management, environmental engineering and sustainable infrastructure solutions. The company is a member of the SIERA Alliance, an international network of engineering and consulting companies dedicated to the development of integrated solutions for the built and natural environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, M&amp;P Water and the SIERA Alliance combine technical excellence, interdisciplinary expertise and a partnership approach to support clients in the development of sustainable projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eSuccessful together\u201c - A clear direction for 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme for the start of the year was:<br><strong>\u201eSuccessful together.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colleagues from all branches travelled to Gotha, including new team members from Dresden and Essen. The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen personal connections, promote open dialogue and agree on common goals for the coming year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key objectives of the start of the year<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The agenda focussed on four central objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprehensive review of the year 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional and cross-divisional exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening cross-location cooperation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definition of the strategic direction for 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of structured workshops, the participants identified key areas for action, analysed challenges and defined specific measures with clearly assigned responsibilities. This cooperative approach ensured transparency, the assumption of responsibility and a standardised approach within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workshops with impact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the course of the two days, interdisciplinary teams worked intensively on strategic topics that will significantly shape the coming year.
