Geplant ist ein neuer Stadtteil mit Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftsbebauung.<\/p>\n<p>Durch das Fachpersonal der M&amp;P wurde ein ausf\u00fchrliches Gutachten zur Kampfmittelsituation erstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Dies beinhaltet die Grundlagenermittlung mit ausf\u00fchrlicher historischer Recherche der Entwicklung des Standorts, sowie die Gef\u00e4hrdungsabsch\u00e4tzung f\u00fcr verschiedene k\u00fcnftige Bauleistungen.
