Project description: From industrial production at the site of a former zinc smelter in Datteln, contaminated soil and groundwater remained with a need for remediation. A new industrial park was to be developed on the site. For this purpose, the existing building fabric had to be dismantled and soil remediation had to be carried out. On the basis of a new urban land use plan, a new transport infrastructure was then built and the redeveloped land was marketed.
Our services in the area of environmental planning: advising the contracting parties on the purchase, project management services including cost and contract management as well as coordination of urban land use planning from the preparation of an urban development model with real estate location analysis to the legally binding land-use plan, participation in the marketing of the land areas incl. support of the project development up to the complete new development of the industrial park.
