| Short description: | The Überseezentrum is the first part of the Grasbrook project area currently under development. A new neighbourhood with residential and commercial buildings is planned.
M&P specialists prepared a detailed report on the explosive ordnance situation. This includes the basic investigation with detailed historical research into the development of the site, as well as the risk assessment for various future construction works. The report also includes preliminary planning of the necessary exploratory and clearance measures with cost estimates. An extract from the report forms the technical contribution to the explosive ordnance clearance for the site survey. |
